When I was in Forman recently. I was so pleased to see all the trees.
Are trees being planted around the lake????
I am not certain if more trees are being planted around the lake. However, Forman recently celebrated its 19th consecutive Arbor Day this May 27th, 2009 by planting 75 boulevard trees. Several varieties were planted, including Bergeson & Mancana Ash, Redmond Linden, Spring Snow & Red Splendor Flowering Crab, and a new Dutch Elm resistant hybrid; Accolade Elm. Since 1990, over 1000 trees have been planted by the Shade Tree Committee in Forman.
