City Services

The City of Forman sends out garbage, sewer and water bills monthly for services received the prior month. Please call the city office for more details.

Water and Sewage

• $30/mo – residential water; business water depends on connections and volume
• If water usage is over 6,000 gallons/mo there is a water overage fee of $5 per 1,000 gallons over
• $5/m0 – residential sewer; business sewer depends on water rate
• If water usage is over 6,000 gallons/mo there is a sewer overage fee of $1 per 1,000 gallons over

Garbage

• $12/mo residential
• Basic business garbage $17/mo; Fees depend on volume
• Curb garbage pickup is every Friday for residents and Tuesdays for businesses
• Corrugated cardboard recycling is available behind the city shop.
• Recycling is provided by Waste Management and billed through the city
•      $3.50/mo residential – all residents participate
•      $5.00/mo business – optional participation

Other Services:

• Telephone, cable, and internet service may be provided by Dickey Rural Networks
• Electricity is offered through Otter Tail Power Company
